   * Stop forcing the CPU torch onto systems that use the ROCm stack.
     Concrete versioned Depends on python3-torch (>= 2.0.0) /
     python3-torchaudio (>= 2.0.0) made apt pull in the CPU python3-torch,
     which Conflicts with python3-torch-rocm-upstream -- so installing
     whisperlivekit evicted the entire ROCm stack.  Map the torch and
     torchaudio imports to unversioned alternatives via
     debian/py3dist-overrides (mirroring Debian's pytorch-audio):
         torch      python3-torch | python3-torch-cuda | python3-torch-rocm
         torchaudio python3-torchaudio | python3-torchaudio-rocm
     and drop the hand-written torch/torchaudio Depends so dh_python3
     emits the alternatives via ${python3:Depends}.  The ROCm packages
     Provide python3-torch[-rocm] without a version, so only an unversioned
     alternative is satisfiable by them; the upstream floor (>= 2.0.0) is
     trivially met by every packaged torch.
